- Welcome to the NASA Science4Girls homepage for libraries. You will find everything you need to develop and host your own NASA Science4Girls event. Please review the listing of options below to find the resources more relevant to your stage of development.
- The DIY Sun Science app, funded by NASA and developed by the Lawrence Hall of Science with help from scientists and educators at the UC Berkeley Space Sciences Lab, allows families and educators to investigate and learn about the Sun at home, at school, or anywhere you go! This app is the second in a series (including DIY Nano) that provides over a dozen free, easy to use, hands-on activities. Plus, view live images of the Sun from NASA’s SDO satellite, videos of the Sun, and much more! Each activity includes material lists, step-by-step instructions, and detailed explanations. The activity materials are widely available and inexpensive—you probably have many of them in your own home.
External resources were not reviewed by NASA Wavelength, there is no explicit or implicit NASA endorsement of goods or services related to these resources.
